Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Additionally included in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section detailing distinct parts of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.
Further materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
