The British government is prepared to move forward with employing the total value of immobilized Russian assets to bolster the Ukrainian war effort, Leader Sir Keir Starmer has declared.

In a collective announcement, the leaders of the United Kingdom, France, and the Federal Republic of Germany stated that this coordinated action would heighten pressure on Moscow's head Vladimir Putin and urge Russia to participate in talks.
